6. Training Disclaimer

Training content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

7. AI Tools Usage Disclaimer

AI tools may be used during training for demonstration purposes.

Participants should not input confidential or sensitive information into such tools.

We are not responsible for data entered into third-party platforms.

8. Recording of Sessions

Where applicable, training sessions may be recorded for internal quality or reference purposes.

Reasonable care will be taken to ensure recordings are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and not publicly distributed without consent.

9. Service Commitment

We are committed to delivering training services with reasonable care and professional standards.

10. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of a billing dispute, clients should notify us within 7 days of invoice receipt. Both parties will work in good faith to resolve the matter.

Late payments may incur administrative charges.

11. Course Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or an agreed billing arrangement.

12. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation with at least 5 days’ notice: one reschedule allowed

• Cancellation with less than 5 days’ notice: up to 50% of the training fee may be chargeable

• Additional rescheduling requests may incur charges

• Where possible, we will work with clients to reschedule

• If the trainer is unable to deliver, a reschedule or refund will be provided

13. Training Scope and Readiness

Clients are responsible for ensuring participant readiness and attendance.

Training effectiveness may vary depending on participation levels and engagement.

Customisation of training content will be based on agreed scope. Additional changes may be subject to separate charges.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shering Skills Studio shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid for the relevant training.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Shering Skills Studio harmless from claims arising from misuse of training content or breach of these terms.

16. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for external websites linked from our site.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including technical disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.

18. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith discussion, and where appropriate, mediation in Singapore before pursuing legal action.

19. Testimonials and Feedback

Where participants voluntarily provide testimonials or feedback, they grant us the right to use such content for service improvement or promotional purposes, without identifying individuals unless consent is obtained.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
